This Verse comes to us from Bro. Charles C.

Matthew 6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

Many of the people in the crowd that day had a divided heart. Yes, they had The Law, they had the Temple. But most of their lives were spent in pursuit of food and clothing. And as much as we all need these things, we should never allow God to be separated from daily activity.

Jesus is teaching us that He is more than able to take care of His creation. He even shows us that He cares for the smallest details. The sparrows will not go hungry, and they never make a plan for anything. God just cares for them.

We have been given a special privilege in that we can develop an intimate relationship with God. And with that relationship, comes the assurance of His Divine care.

And with that special relationship comes responsibility. Its up to each of us not to allow life to push The Lord to one side. Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
